- Providing the user with either an explanation in business terms, user training, or logging a fix request for development, depending on the outcome of the investigation
- Providing a workaround if development is required, wherever possible
- Escalating data integrity incidents to various business and development stakeholders
- Motivating and tracking the progress of a resolution
- Checking the resolutions post-development
- Closing incidents and communicating with stakeholders where applicable
Our problem management life cycle comprises of :
- Identifying, categorising, and prioritising recurring root causes
- Providing an advisory role in the problem resolution based on the incidents investigated and diagnosed
